Apple announced the official date of the iPad’s market launch in European countries. As it was promised, the sale will start before the end of month, notably on May 28.
This day the iPad will enter market in 9 countries:
• Australia
• Canada
• France
• Germany
• Italy
• Japan
• Spain
• Switzerland
• Great Britain
Beginning May 10 it will be possible to pre-order. The prices will be somewhat higher than in the USA (there is price for Great Britain within brackets):
• 16GB WiFi €479 (?429)
• 32 Гб WiFi €579 (?499)
• 64 Гб WiFi €679 (?599)
• 16GB WiFi+3G €579 (?529)
• 32 Гб WiFi+3G €679 (?599)

A little later, in June, the iPad will be available in the following countries:
