Yes, That’s Amazing Google has added “Freeze Frame” Feature to Allow you to Customize Google Homepage as you want, It lets you add the Picture you want to be as your Background for Google Homepage.
You can Upload the Image either from your Computer or from Picasa Web Albums
If you have done from Choosing your Homepage and how it be Customized, you can send for Google by Tweeting a picture of your page with the hashtag #myGooglepage and share it with Google!
