Apple upset its fans again – the iPad’s market launch outside the USA is delayed one month, i.e. till the end of May. This is down to the fact that there is too great demand for the iPad in America – there has been already sold more than 500 thousand of the iPads.
In general there is the following situation: everyone who is keen to purchase the iPad but lives outside the USA can’t pre-order the gadget until May 10. The price will be determined closer to this date.
The first countries where deliveries will start are Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and Great Britain.
In the end of April, as we all remember, the iPad with 3G and GPS modules market launch is expected. Apple doesn’t report about this date postponement so let us hope everything will run to plan.
