There was a lot of uncertainty around Microsoft’s event, if you still have any doubt in your mind, we’ll remove it now. Microsoft will unveil Windows Phone 7 in the US (NYC) on Oct. 11th. Engadget has discovered a Microsoft events calendar that may point to October 11th as the launch date of WP7.
For people asking about the carrier, AT&T won’t be launching those handsets alone, T-Mobile is there too. The event stats “an exclusive Windows Phone 7 Worldwide Launch event for our customers” at 3:30 PM EST. Of course, we will be covering the event (not live), so stay tuned!
