Twitter to bring Photos and Videos in Stream

I know that’s surprising most of us, But as I thought, Twitter is going to add Photos and Videos to be shown in the Stream, You will be able to see Photos and Videos in your Twitter timeline the same as Facebook but much easier and faster!

This was found in a description of a new features called “Twitter Media” as shown above:
By default, you’ll only see images and videos shared by people you’re following, and reveal those by people you’re not. Check this box to see media from everyone on Twitter.
