The iPad unites the hearts :)

TechCrunch has recently received the letter with quite strange contents from its regular reader. No, it’s not threatening or scurrilous things, it’s gratitude! One guy whose name is Zach, has told really amusing story about new “unit of society” creation by means of the iPad!

Well, the letter itself is as follows:

“Hi TechCrunch,

I’m a huge fan of your blog and read it every day, and I thought you might be interested in this. This weekend I brought my girlfriend to a local ice cream shop where we had our first date. I also brought along my iPad, since I wanted to “field test” it, as I told her. We sat outside on the same bench we had 2 1/2 years ago, and I asked her to put on earphones. I then handed her the iPad and played a slideshow with music and photos of the two of us together, with a message at the end: “will you marry me?” I got down on one knee and proposed, and fortunately she said yes. Maybe Steve Jobs was right–the iPad is magical!

Thanks for providing me with years of news and entertainment.

Zach”

The site’s editorial staff has commented the message as follows: “Zach, why didn’t you record this event on your iPhone or some other device camera? We want video!” It’s witty, isn’t it?
Though, we have our own vision of this situation final. Just imagine:
After touching slideshow with photos of these lovebirds to the romantic music, Mendelson march is advisable, happy girl sees the question and then there appears dialog box with variants of answer “Yes” and “No”, the button “No” is surely inactive :)
