Vodafone is one of the first British operators preparing to release new phone cards microSIM-type which will be used in the iPad 3G. The photos posted in Techradar confirm this fact.
It will be recalled that according to preliminary information new SIM cards are similar to miniSIM, the difference is only in size and rather extended functionality.
Other countries can only make guesses – how soon will these SIM cards appear in their countries or will it be possible to start ordinary previously cut for the necessary size miniSim in the iPad? However, occurrence of such information is rather good sign indicating forthcoming iPad in Europe.
